Barbara is a renaissance woman and experienced professional. She has actively been an entrepreneur since 1976.

 HAIR: Her beginning as Barbara The Barber; her work has been published in many trade magazines world wide and she is  acknowledged as a trend setter and educator in the salon industry. She has toured training salon professionals in New York, Aspen, Vail, Kansas, Kentucky, Alabama and California. She is a licensed cosmotologist and barber.

 JAZZ and ROOTS:In the late 80's Barbara Paris began performing jazz professionally and since has recorded 3 fine CD's as Barbara Paris. Now performing in three different settings, Bossa Nova, Roots and Jazz.

  REAL ESTATE:In the early 2000's her interest in homes and neighborhood inspired her to become a licensed Realtor. She continued to establish her own company known as Easy Living Realty~Boulder County's Independent Realtor located in Longmontm Colorado serving Boulder, Denver, Adams and Gilpin Countys.

Barbara The Barber just loves cutting hair and is an experienced professional, she has excellent listening skills, is creative, and has a special gift of pampering in  her private salon where each patron is given an individual look, easy to care for and that grows in well. Barbara the Barber has her own line of hair 100% guaranteed.They have subtle fragrances and give hair luster and volume that will give your hair that magazine hair look and feel.

Autumn 2010 Paris has designed a line of feather ear and hair products. Inspired by the"1920's"  with a modern 2010 twist of bohemian gypsy.They are Light as a Feather"  designed for the queen in you. She will custom make earring or a hair flair for you favorite outfit.

HAIR AND PHOTOGRAPHS: While you visit the Salon to get a great hair serice take a look at her photographs Her work has been published in many trade magazines in the U.S., Japan, and Europe. She has a collection of "Pouchoir" which is stencil graphite photographed in Paris in the early 80's. Currently her "Jazz Vocalist Collection". It features such artists as Shirley Horn, The Count Basie Orchestra, Joe Williams, Etta Jones, Nnenna Freelon, Dianne Reeves, Chris Murrell, Madeline Eastman, Roseanna Vitro, and Eve Cornelius.
