Barbara is a rennaisance woman and  experienced professional. She has actively been an entrepreneur since 1976. Her beginning as Barbara The Barber; her work has been published in many trade magazines world wide and she had beenThe acknowledged as a  trend setter and educator in the salon industry. She has toured training salon professionals in New York, Aspen, Vail, Kansas, Kentucky, Alabama and California.

 In the late 80's she started
performing jazz professionally and since has recorded 3 fine CD's as Barbara Paris. Now performing and teaching voice lessons. 

In the early 2000's her interest in homes and neighborhood inspired  her to  become a licensed Realtor. She continued to establish her own company known as Easy Living Realty~Boulder County's Independent Realtor located in Longmont.

Barbara most secret profession is that of a  photographer. Her work has been published in many trade magazines in the U.S., Japan, and Europe. She has a collection of "Pouchoir" which is stencil graphite photographed in Paris in the early 80's. Currently her "Jazz Vocalist Collection". It features such artists as Shirley Horn, The Count Basie Orchestra, Joe Williams, Etta Jones, Nnenna Freelon, Dianne Reeves, Chris Murrel, Madeline Eastman, Roseanna Vitro, and Eve Cornelius.
